Client Customized Screening Process
Ramsoft Systems, Inc (RSI) will follow any additional screening tests or processes that client might require in order to provide the best match of candidates to requirements.

Educational Qualifications: Our qualifications are ultimately driven by our clients' requirements. We look for the following minimum qualifications in our candidates: BS in Computer Science with at least four years of IT work experience in the related work area or Master in Computer applications with at least two years in analysis, design and development experience.

Work Experience: RSI sources and provides candidates in response to a client requirement. Therefore, we choose candidates who have already completed the necessary training and education to be productive on the first day of a new assignment. Should additional training be required in order to retain an employee or to add value to the client, then we provide the training.
